Tom became part owner of Cartner Glass Systems in June of 1999 and was promoted to the position of Vice President and Operation Manager in November of 2004. His attention to detail and curtainwall knowledge from the ground up make him a strong leader in the industry. In November 2016 Tom Gray, Keith Hallman, Stephen Reynolds, Al Jaramillo and Jim Ross purchased Cartner Glass Systems, Inc. from Lawrence Cartner.

Keith joined Cartner Glass Systems, Inc. in April of 1995 as a Project Manager. He has been directly responsible for estimating and managing many of the projects performed by Cartner Glass Systems, Inc. He was promoted to the position of Secretary of the corporation in November of 2004. Keith is now a managing partner and VP of Operations.

Al was promoted to the position of Company Safety Director in December 2004. In 2006 Al was promoted to Project Manager and in 2014 he was promoted to the position of Office Manager / Comptroller
Al has become proficient in Auto-Cad and is now capable of producing high quality shop drawings for his clients as well as for other project managers in the company. Al is now a partner and corporate treasurer.

Jim started his career with Cartner Glass Systems, Inc in 1989 as a field glazier. In 2008 Jim earned his AET (Associates in Engineering Technologies) degree. In 2008 Jim was promoted to Project Manager/Estimator and is now a partner and corporate secretary.

Stephen joined Cartner Glass Systems, Inc. in 2006 as an estimator/project manager and quickly moved up to the Sales Manager/Chief Estimator position. Stephen is now a managing partner and VP of Sales.
